What items are eligible for exchange?
A product is eligible for exchange within the first 14 days after receipt from www.thelittlebigstore.online in case of the following scenario:
An order is incomplete or wrong
An item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
An item does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
An item on sale cannot be exchanged
How to claim an exchange?
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by calling +92 313 4632889 You will be required to send the photographic evidence of the defective item at our Whatsapp: or at our Instagram @littlebigstore_ or at our email info@thelittlebigstore within 14 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
What items are not eligible for exchange?
Exchange cannot be made in the case of the following scenario
Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame
The product has been used
The product is damaged because of the use
The product has been tampered.
Invoice is missing
An item on sale cannot be exchanged
Refund Policy:
Refund will only be given when your product is not delivered in due time due to weather issues, or political issues.
Your Amount will be refunded within 24 hours in your Jazzcash/Easypaisa/Bank Account.
Returning Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
